I'm trying to keep the burden off my abdominal muscles this weekend. I'll be back at the microphone next weekend.

The surgeon did my hernia operation to the background music of Schubert's Quartet in D minor, better known as the "Death and the Maiden" Quartet. I fell asleep by the time they got to the finale. The surgeon said I snored through most of the procedure.
