The Center for Immigration Studies has used information provided to the office Senator Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) to map out the locations of where convicted killers were let go by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials in 2013. The killers were booked out in 24 states and were associated with 96 different cities, according to the CIS report.

One of those zip codes is where I grew up.
It’s just silly what we are doing to this country.
I am very curious about the true nature of this “court order” claim; the article was all about the map, not explaining how this can be. If anyone has good info on this aspect, please reply with explanations or links.
Obvious Questions:
Were there supposedly individual court orders where judges required release on a case-by-case basis?
If so, what are the judges names and who appointed them?
Or, is Obama choosing to interpret some ruling as a precedent that says all illegals get released regardless of circumstances?
If so, what ruling is it? I’d like to read what it actually says.
Since this didn’t happen last night, it is frustrating that our esteemed legislators have done nothing to fix the problem. Who is the pro-murderer voting bloc they are afraid of or taking money from? Surely it has a name.
The article credits Senator Grassley of Iowa for going after ICE on this activity. And ICE referred to a “court order”.
Have not had time to delve into what judge or court “ordered” the release of illegal alien convicted murderers onto our native soil.
Rule by court— just like it is in the countries they came from. Not by law, by court making law up.
My take. ;')
Granted that cities are much bigger than they used to be, having said that, not only have the dropped one into the city I'm living in but also into the cities all around where I'm living! As if we didn't have enough to begin with in SoCal.
Rule by court just like it is in the countries they came from. Not by law, by court making law up.
....
If the law won’t allow these killers to be held, that’s all the more reason to prevent them from entering the country in the first place.
