Somebody must be overruling Obama.
The thought certainly crossed my mind.
People who realize the threat ISIS poses are taking over foreign policy in the ME. Maybe domestic policy is next. Obama might be relegated to playing a lot more golf.
IMO, it's the Joint Chiefs and top brass generals in the field scattered throughout the hot spots.
I think the officers in the highest ranks have given Obama the word to ship up or ship out. I seriously believe this. They are soldiers and fighters, not lily-livered regime diplomats and sinister Obama appointees....and they're certainly tired of being baby-sitters during Obama's erratic, unstable moods and whims.
There are subtle clues to high-echelon military unrest and frustration almost every night on the TV line-ups.
