Probably means they some how acquired a nuke. Wonderful. The US Constitution needs to be moved from DC.

Thanks for sharing that info! Do you think it is of gravest concern to us here in the US? Or to the world in general? Would he be briefed because it impacts his particular duties? Or as a general awareness thing for all military?
