Criminality is not a civil right.
Rioting because you are criminal is not American, it is more out of the Planet of the Apes.
These thugs could just as easily be White, Asian, or Hispanic.
Criminality becomes a civil right when a culture of criminality achieves political credibility. Islam is a perfect example.
All that is requireed for criminality to be raised to the level of a civil right is for its adherents to be recognized as an opressed class.
This is precisely the situation we find ourselves in. It is arguably acceptable for black inner city youth with no employable skills and little language to commit all manner of criminal act as the unavoidable consequence of his condition.
