No kidding...damn! I must've missed that. Holy cow...he had enough of a case against NBC alone from their tape editing to bury those SOBs! Do you know if he tried a different jurisdiction?

The same judge who did everything she could to convict him! She should have been recused, or his lawyers should have asked for a change of venue!
