Remember the "Back to Africa" movement by American blacks?
It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that for all the problems blacks may have here, life here is INFINITELY preferable to life in ANY part of Africa.

It's INFINITELY preferable to STAY here and complain about "white oppression." And, we humans OFTEN take the easy path.

And when American blacks like Alex Haley of “Roots” fame journeyed to Africa in search of their `roots’, they were treated with contempt by the native blacks, who regarded them as racially mixed & the descendants of slaves.

I thought in 2008 that an Obama presidency would set race relations in this country back fifty years.

It’s actually set them back to the late 1960’s when things went from “We shall overcome” to “Burn, baby, burn!”
