You remember how you “discovered” pulled pork bar b cue a while back?
Well, a local butcher shop has a deal this week on “brisket”.
Now, listen, in my 60 plus years I have eaten all kinds of meats,
but I am not sure what to do with a “brisket”.
Is it like a pot roast?
Or is it something I would put on the smoker or the grill?
