I have been going to the VA hospital in Phoenix since 2003. If I was dying I’d go to the one down the street, damn the cost!

My V.A. hospital is 46 miles away and my closest local hospital is about 4 miles, so you know what I’d do, but I’m not every veteran, either, plus I’m in priority one, so it wouldn’t cost me a dime, not even the ambulance or helicopter ride. But if I was in priority four or five?
