This is so confusing. So which is it, a “special tax” or the sword? Can’t the IS make up their minds? Who’s running their accounting department?
Is this another one of those “you can keep your religion” -type broken promises?
Perhaps if we kafirs sign up for electronic auto-pay they’ll give us a discount on the tax?
Or perhaps if we pay quarterly, ahead of time, we can get a discount?
Or if we make less than four times the poverty level?
