Huh? They've been fighting each other for almost a year. Evidence to the contrary?

JAN is a fractured organization. Just because a few clans denounce ISIS publicly that does not mean behind the tent or indeed other clans will or do.

Al Qaeda, Baathists, JAN and ISIS are quite capable for a moment at least to excuse their ideals for short term common goals.
