Political correctness merely refuses to acknowledge the perps are Pakistani.
The basic conditions, in the UK just as in the USA, are created by insane liberal social welfare policies.
So the Paks are merely the latest gangsters to rule the projects.
Yes, they are more violent & abusive than other gangs, after all, they belong to the religion of violence.
But they are fulfilling the same basic role as countless other gangs in other projects.

For extremist Muslims, raping and defiling and dominating the dhimmi is a religious duty. It is Right and Proper and the Will of Allah.
The Crips and the Bloods and MS-13 might do such things, but they don't have anything even vaguely resembling a sense of duty about it. Opportunism, sure, but they feel no obligations.
To be sure, these Muslim groups probably tend to become more and more like criminal gangs over time.
