When Obama says says that “we” don't have a strategy, who is the "we" that he is talking about? Surely somebody in the military establishment has a grip on the problem with respect to basic options.

Exactly. I’m sure there many effective operational strategies that have been presented. This loser still thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room and dismisses them till all he adopts one and takes credit if it works or blames an ‘intelligence failure’ if it fails.

The strategy of the past, unlike Iraq, has been to leave troops behind...never complete withdrawal.
