O.J. Simpson is set to convert to Islam.
The former American footballer and movie star has been imprisoned in Nevada since 2008 on charges of kidnapping and armed robbery in relation to an armed robbery that took place at the Palace Station hotel-and-casino in Las Vegas in which sports memorabilia was taken.
After seeing his appeal for a re-trial quashed last and being informed in July 2013 he will serve at least another four years, Simpson has embraced the religion in a bid to change his life.

I used to be in a prison ministry band in 2000. Even back then I was amazed how many black prisoners were converting to Islam. And it was always black men.
The religion gives your life a tight structure, which they needed. And further, if you obey its rules, then if anything bad happens to you it’s not your fault or responsibility.
It’s actually the draw of Islam worldwide. It truly does thrive on the poor and low of character.
Well, he’s already got the blade technique down. Just needs a little more coaching on that. He’ll fit right in with the murdering death worshippers.

Prison conversions have been going on a lot longer than folks realize. Heck half the population(not just prison) is already there with no fault and no responsibility being laid at their feet. And, thank you for your ministry band doing God’s work.
He’s good with a butcher knife.

All quips aside, one must ask what the Christian prison ministries are doing to stem this trend to Islamic conversions that has been going on for 50 years?
I first read of this in Life and Time magazines in the late 1960s. Most of these men were raised in Christian churches. Where did we fail them?

Converting implies that he was a believer in another religion. I don’t think he had many Christian principles and never heard of him being a Buddhist.

thing is that most of these perverted homosexuals in prison don’t even call themselves homosexuals, because it is in prison.
