Anyways, if I was ISIS, I would attack a place where I KNOW THAT THERE ARE VERY FEW FIREARMS that are readily available for employment.
That place would be a DoD installation....especially one that cranks out Intel types.....and the BIG bonus? A base right on the border with a country hostile to the United States' interest-Mexico.
