There is a very simple solution to these potential attacks. CLOSE THE BORDER! Perry should close it with the NG simply because ATTACKS ARE IMMINENT. Then deal with the legal aspect later. If he doesn’t, he’s just as responsible for the attacks.
That is exactly why I think the George Washington Bridge was closed on purpose last year, on the anniversary of 9/11.
The Democrats would have us think it was Gov. Christie taking political revenge on the Ft. Lee mayor, but there is no evidence to support that. The emails were all quoted out of context, and no actual context was ever provided.
What we did have was the Port Authority of NY-NJ suddenly tying up all vehicular traffic heading into Manhattan across the GWB. I say they were looking for something, possibly related to the missing nukes that Lindsey Graham talked about. DHS would rather turn a blind eye than help, so Port Authority (who owned the Twin Towers) took matters into their own hands, and delayed all inbound traffic enough so they could do passive vehicle inspections with technology such as radiation detectors.
