Again, as with the larger ISIS problem, he did precious little. At the risk of stating the obvious, he is far behind the curve and in a reactive mode. You could sense panic creeping in because the wolf is at the door.
To be fair, the Labour party, which generally controls the local councils of those areas affected by these grooming gangs, is more at fault here than central government.
