Actually it kills muzzies much faster because they don't have highly functioning medical infrastructure.

Many don't use toilet paper and don't wash their left hands as thoroughly as they ought to (i.e. by brushing under their finger nails with rubbing alcohol, rather than merely washing with water and soap, which doesn't kill germs and doesn't sluice away the bugs under those nails).
