Well, no...he said “We have no strategy” to deal with ISIS, but has shown that we are at war with ISIS in Iraq, but that they as ‘rebels’ in Syria are to be supported, until they decided they may conduct air strikes against them, but they’re only ‘JV’...but but but they pose some existential threat to the US and must be wiped out and and and now have the whole southern border on alert to an attack.
