I thought the BP could not shoot at anyone, isn’t that how two agents went to jail a few years back?

“The agent fired four shots, but did not hit the man.”

Pfffftttt...

Nice shootin’, Tex.

The borders may as well be imaginary lines.

oh no best disarm those military style agents, how dare they shoot.

Maybe if Obama actually enforced the laws , and actually stopped telling Hispanics to come here we might not have as many problems

The Mexicans won't stop crossing the line because the gringos HERE will hire them in a New York minute. Any Mexican worth his salt can make THREE months of gringo wages HERE and live off of those earnings for the other NINE months south of the border.

I would GUESS that of all the Mexican farm workers (braceros) down there in California's central valley, HALF are legal and HALF are illegals.

Do you think that would be a fair guessimate?

National Guard Turns to Food Banks Because Rick Perry Hasn’t Paid Them Yet
http://www.thewire.com/politics/2014/08/national-guard-troops-turn-to-food-bank-because-rick-perry-hasnt-paid-them-yet/379384/

(Update 3:30pm: In a statement to The Wire Gov. Perry’s press office challenged the account given by the RGV food bank, and said the Texas National Guard only has a record of two troops receiving aid.)

snip

First, the suggestion that Guardsmen aren’t getting paid is false. They are getting paid on a regular schedule with their first pay day on Sept. 5, then every two weeks after that. Second, based on information provided by the Texas National Guard, two soldiers sought and received assistance through the Family Assistance Coordinator. Family Assistance Coordinators routinely help Guardsmen all across the state with needs they may have, regardless of deployment or duty status. Also, based on information provided by the Guard, they currently have no indication that any Guardsmen received any assistance from the Rio Grande Valley Food Bank.

So, BP can fire warning shots and get away with it?

Or is he really a bad shot?

That’s probably the BP’s new job mission— let in anyone who wants to come in. and shoot anyone who tries to stop people from coming in.

"It just creates a problem from my point of view, because we don't know who they are," Lucio said.

oh good grief, Lucio. How many illegals from guatamala are gonna be wearing camo standing around in plain view? Coulda been a kid squirrel hunting.

Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio, whose agency is involved in the investigation, said the incident occurred on private property and it appeared the man had permission to be there. He was not arrested, Lucio said.

Was the Border Agent arrested? Why not?

Makes perfect sense - shoot the guy trying to stop the invasion, but let the invaders enter at will.

"Incident occurred on private property and it appeared the man had permission to be there."

Man...this really gets my blood up...

I believe in the state of Texas, when deadly force is use against you, then you have the right to return deadly force, in almost any circumstance... I know it use to be that way..

The agent was probably there to run off the militia so they could run in some drugs or another bunch of illegals...

I wonder what the racial makeup of the border patrol is on the southern border...maybe 60 percent or more hispanic, some with family ties back in Mexico..?? I'll just bet corruption runs pretty deep....

After The obummer, Holder, the IRS thing, and others, I just know our own government, and a large percentage of it's agents, are working against us..!
