Will Hayden, the star of Discovery Channel's Sons of Guns TV show was arrested for aggravated rape of an 11-year old girl in East Baton Rouge, LA. Discovery has cancelled the show and Red Jacket Firearms has severed all business ties with Hayden.

Just sad news.
Another reason to believe that our popular culture has take a turn for the worse. The fact that it’s popular at all is disturbing.
My hope is that it is a false accusation. But if it isn’t, may he never see the light of day.
If these allegations are true against Mr. Hayden, I sincerely hope he’s executed or at least, at the very least, be made some Bubba’s b*tch in prison. (I’ve heard that child molesters are the lowest of the low among prison inmates.) It has been proved time and time again that sexual predators cannot be rehabilitated. They must be exterminated. I think it is an absolute travesty that we don’t only execute murderers in this country since Corker v. Georgia (1977). If these allegations are true against Hayden, I sincerely hope Satan has no mercy on his soul./rwa

I always found the program to be odd: lots of weird weapon rebuilds and strange conversions followed by a pyrotechnics show at the end. Seemed like an odd sort of business with an odd cast of characters.
Let him face his day in court [but I think it is an ex wife looking at a shake down] but if he is guilty let him be taken out to the tallest tree & get a very short rope & swing!!
I quit watching the show because he always came across as a bully.
He always went out of his way to demean and embarrass his employees....he’s a real prick!!

I don’t know the man, but my dealings with his company have been far less than satisfactory. Perhaps that same discord is reflected in his personal life.

One story said that the charges were made by an angry ex-wife. Maybe we shouldn’t instantly just take her word for it? Dunno, but maybe he’s not guilty and should be presumed so until it is proven otherwise?
False charges of rape are a rape of another kind.
