Earlier this week, the Jerusalem Post reported that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi had harsh words for the countries of Turkey and Qatar.
The Egyptian president told a group of newspaper editors that Qatar, Turkey and the international organization of the Brotherhood are currently establishing many companies, newspapers and websites. They allocated hundreds of millions of dollars to spread chaos among the Arab nation, destabilizing Egypt and destroying the Egyptians.
Turkey and Qatar supported the rule of al-Sisis predecessor, the Muslim Brotherhoods Mohammed Morsi, who is currently on trial for a number of offenses including conspiring to kill political opponents.
Turkey and Qatar supported Hamas during Operation Protective Edge and undermined Egyptian efforts to achieve a ceasefire.
In his recent article Qatars Rise and Americas Tortured Middle East Policy, which appeared in the August 2014 issue of The Tower Magazine, Jonathan Spyer explained al-Sisis frustration with the emirate:
Qatari funds have been crucial to Hamas military build-up in recent years, as they were to the Muslim Brotherhoods attempted takeover of Egypt under Mohammed Morsi. And the Doha-based satellite channel Al-Jazeera is energetically backing Hamas, as it has other terrorist-connected and supporting movements.
Am beginning to trust the Leadership in Egypt more and more. Please don’t allow my trust to be misplaced, Egypt.
I don't think your trust is misplaced. General Sisi represents the major setback in the otherwise successful Obama plan to fully radicalize the countries of the Middle East and put them firmly in the hands of the Jihadis.
Losing Morsi in that battle and seeing the Muslim Brotherhood kicked out of the leadership of Egypt must have been a hard pill for the Little O to swallow.
Sisi is trying to reclaim the leadership of the Arab World for Egypt. He could be a new Nasser, but in a positive way. Instead of Israel being the enemy, he sees Turkey’s ambitions to recreate an Ottoman Empire for the 21st Century as the true threat. Last time Egypt challenged the Turks, they won in the early 1800’s.
Thank You both for your comments. Is a blessing to have seen Egypt gain sanity.

“a hard pill for the Little O to swallow”
I better not comment on that statement, but it made me laugh.
Turkey is a NATO member state since 1952. Article Five of the treaty states that if an armed attack occurs against one of the member states, it should be considered an attack against all members, and other members shall assist the attacked member, with armed forces if necessary.
Israel is not a member state. Let that sink in for a minute.
