He wants to sound intelligent and open-minded. However, he is outright lying.
If he was completely honest he would no doubt be as much of a rabid believer in AGW as Romney and Obama. The Bush family like most on the left are rabid Statists. They understand the power and control that can be wielded through implementing "carbon" solutions.
It is so easy to see through this power hungry parasite from the Bush clan.
