I don’t think golf is the problem. IMHO, the outcomes and the not so brilliant words demonstrate that he isn’t being productive enough during his work hours, and should therefore make some changes should he want to improve.
Obama’s ‘golf’ is the equivalent of his voting ‘present’ rather than doing his job as State Senator. He get’s to a point - then tunes out - quits - goes AWOL...
