I think that at least 9 in 10 Russians would find an idea to kill Ukrainians amusing, including whose in armed forces. It is certainly a two-way street as we have seen in Crimea.
For that reason, if there is a war, not insurgency, right now, there are Chechen muslims and Russian far-right from one side and right-wing militias on the other side who play the game mostly.
Russians have always felt killing Ukrainians amusing. It’s been your national pastime for centuries. And you wonder why all your neighbors hate you.....
