Absolutely not. She is banking on a Dem collapse this year, so she can ride in with the cavalry to save the party and the country in 2016. Unless, of course, she isn't actually going to run, and is just collecting campaign contributions which will then become part of the Clinton Foundation, which will then become part of her wealth.
