Reagan’s campaign guy, the one that died of cerebral hemorrhage at age 40 or so, he tried to help Howard University build up its endowment, and was roundly slapped down by the black “community”.
They preferred to get their money from the US taxpayers.
I must say that Mr. Cain was Mr. Cain’s worst enemy.
POTUS politics is a grinding experience even for someone with a fairly unblemished past. Cain somehow thought he would not be scrutinized for his serial womanizing, maybe because he saw nobama getting a blank check pass.
