Not to get too graphic, but I remember some celebrity telling us to use only one square sheet of toilet paper each time, and this would help the environment. I forget her name, but her message was that we all use too much toilet paper.

Put finger through hole

Use now protected finger to wipe yourself

Saved paper torn from center can now be used

to clean under your nail...
