agreed. When he said “fundamentally transform” the USA...the voters all had their own perspective on what that meant. The problem being Obama’s intent was completely different from that which they were thinking. When I heard it my first thought was, “sorry, we don’t elect President’s for that reason, he doesn’t have that kind of authority”.
...another one, “reward your friends and punish your enemies”. And yet it is surprising that the IRS abuses its power against those that disagree with him? This was a call to the troops, he didn’t need to say anything more.
He speaks with no specifics, yet speaks volumes to those who understand him.
No surprise. “IS” is not a problem for him. The only reason why he may act is that many Americans want him to take action to eliminate the brutal savages.

He does have a strategy; it is to give radical Islam arms and missiles and destabilize the region. ISIS is just a branding change; ISIS is composed of Al Qaeda and like minded Jihadists.
If 0bama does bomb ISIS/Al Qaeda, he will avoid taking them out. Any bombings will be just for show. The real objective is to use foreign wars as a pretext to centralize power and entrench the military police state at home.
