The people who committed the crime.

Any other questions?

Look, I know what you mean, but there is no excuse for what took place.

I’m sick and tired of having to blame the victim because they didn’t avoid crime.

If a woman is out and raped, is she at fault for not staying home?

I am sympathetic to what happened to him and hope he pulls through.

THANK YOU for that. White people, and women, should be able to go anywhere they dang well please in their own country.

I know that’s not how it is. And if I had a daughter, I’d certainly teach her to avoid crime, stay away from certain areas, etc. But when a person is a victim of crime, it’s not “their fault” because they dared to go somewhere. It’s the fault of the people who committed the crime, period.
