Although I am in no way excusing this, but if you are warned by somebody that you are in danger and you disregard the danger, whos fault is that?I may be naive, but it seems to me that the fault is that of the black mob for creating the danger to begin with.

I wasn’t asking whose fault it was for assaulting him. I was asking whose fault it was for disregarding a clear warning.
As much as it I one’s right to have freedom of movement, it’s just not always a good idea.

I think an accurate analogy would be if someone stuck their hand in a tiger cage and got it bitten. Who's fault would that be? Ultimately, it was the tiger's fault but if something is obviously dangerous you shouldn't do it regardless of whether you have the "right" to do it.
I think as a nation we need to recalibrate what we deem to be "obviously dangerous".
