The Marine had a CCW on him and identified his license and his firearm to responding officers at IHOP. When released from the field interview, they two whites left and were assaulted at HuddleHouse.
I have no idea why the firearm wasn't employed on the mob. I would have. Was he suprised in the john? Sucker punched? Bum rushed? Who knows?
