Goodness, I overlooked that part. With only 40 supporters I’m surprised this is even getting in the news.
To be honest, this news item came from a Spanish website. I suppose Spaniards are amused (and even flattered) that a few dozen Puerto Ricans would like the island to return to the mother country.
But then, there are some Americans out there who would like the U.S. to become a constitutional monarchy with Queen Elizabeth II as head of state no less.
Which now begs the question: Has this been reported in the Puerto Rican media?
