Do you really think a Republican majority Senate would block a Supreme Court appointment by the first Black President?

5 Republican Senators voted to confirm Kagan. 9 voted to confirm the wise Latina. Ruth Bader Ginsburg was confirmed by a 96 to 3 vote. Only 3 Republicans voted against her. None of the 3 Republican “no” votes is in the Senate today.

Don’t count on McCain, Hatch, Graham, Collins, and a few others to oppose the President, particularly if he nominates a female minority and claims the opposition is both sexist and racist.
