i hope there’s a special place in hell for those that get their rocks off murdering innocent people and animals.
Actually there may be in this case. The little boy learned to hate the police and in ten years or so, may come back to return the favor of a visit. This was a needlessly cruel little incident, but the consequences could be more severe.
