Good Lord, is that the same incident? It looks like an attack from an A-10 or something. People running every which way among the impacts - sheesh! It doesn’t really look like the same location, though. Maybe that (25 second) vid is actually a drug gang hit?
I don’t know what that was, but it wasn’t someone being shot at. Those were explosions.
