It has since late-2009. It’s why I closed my 22-yr old Family Farm Business on 11/1/11, and retired. Everywhere I go, I see more ‘closed’, ‘for rent’, ‘lease’, ‘out of business’ signs in malls, shopping ctrs, along roads, in towns. I’-ve never seen it this bad in my lifetime, and 0bummer’s got 2 more yrs to make it even worse.
My understanding is that Ukraine and Pro Russian rebles agreed to stop fighting I give it a day what say you?
