I can’t imagine that the school didn’t hold an orientation that would explain all of it’s policies, especially for kindergarten kids. That or send home a handout explaining the procedures to be used.
Then the parents’ wouldn’t have any right to complain..

And just how many of these foul-mouthed jerks do you think attended the orientation? How many actually read such a handout?
You have to assume a couple of things:
1) These ‘parents’ actually attended the orientation.
2) They actually think that the procedures apply to them.
I have been active in the school PTO (including as an officer). You would be surpised how many parents have no clue what is going on...it is not for lack of information by the school administration, PTO, you name it.
