Uh, no. Yes the Judges reserve judgment until after arguments are in, but they are supposed to judge based on the law, not the performance of the lawyers. I learned that in “Rule of Law 101”.

I advise everyone and anyone to prepare as best they can for God's judgment to fall on the US at some point in the not to distant future. As many Christian pastors have said, if God doesn't call the US to account for our total disregard of His unchangeable moral laws He will be obliged to apologize to Sodom & Gomorrah.
I couldn't agree more. If the intent of the authors was taken as supreme law of the land, as we old timers were taught 60 years ago (in public schools no less) 21st Century American society and government would be radically changed, and changed for the better in almost every area AFAIC.
This is actually considered a ‘good judge’? On any issue, writing a decision in this way is just disgusting. A mere 30 years ago, he’d have been stripped of his position for such childish diatribe.
