Record checks reveal that three of them are Mexican citizens who were previously deported from the US; two are U.S. citizens … one had been arrested on two prior occasions by the Nogales Border Patrol Station for alien smuggling; on both occasions, prosecutions was not sought

Could be the deported criminals and the smugglers are using faked identities......makes it easier to come and go across the border.

whomever made the decision to not prosecute should lose their job, pension, everything. How is smuggling humans some sort of ‘optional’ crime? How far have we sunk that our laws are optional when it comes to illegally entering our nation? What are the odds these criminals have several identities each? No question they’re stealing bennies as well as everything else. After all thats barely a blip on the crime meter next to kidnapping. Screw you Obama.
