I don’t see any heavy mounted weaponry. The vehicles are therefore defensive in nature. Their lethality is limited to that of the weapons carried by the occupants.

In Texas a couple of DPS or Troopers would sidle over to the crowd and tell ‘em that its time to head home, and off they’d go. Cops can’t do their job right if they’re afraid for their lives.
