I saw it first on FB, too.
It’s weird, at first the person filming it was laughing, then suddenly seemed concerned for the welfare of the white guy being beaten senseless.
Why would anyone laugh?? I have to think they at first she was incredulous, then realized what was really happening. I hate to think that anyone would laugh because they were enjoying watching another person being beaten.

I live 80 miles east of Memphis and the footage was on the local evening news. NOT ONE MENTION that it was a black mob randomly stomping white people. NOT ONE WORD.

just saw 9 & 10 o’clock news report. Media not mentioning race and the 10 oclock local CBS news mentioned facebook postings from those who wanted to dismiss the race factor which I guess is where the media wants to go to.
The irony is in the Michael Brown/Trayvon Martin shootings the local media had no problem focusing on the race factor.

Although I agree entirely with the sentiment, from my earliest childhood I have seen this kind of behavior in my fellow humans.

Yes, that’s Southern black English. Probably have to grow up in the region to understand it. We’re use to it.
And have to say, I know some good Black people in this region, many. But there sure is this undercurrent brewing. I hate to see such disregard for another human being, no matter the color. All of this is just below the surface, waiting to boil over...a race war.

Race was found not be a factor in Martin/Zimmerman and Brown/Wilson is still being investigated.
Martin died while attacking Zimmerman. Brown died during a confrontation with police. Neither involved a mob.
In Memphis a mob attacked a person. Why?
