I would hope the Ministry of Defence is focused on defence and the Ministry of Sewage is focused on sewage.... but not today... today the entire government from lowly street sweeper to top level directors of ministries are entirely focused on silly walks!
Please don't refer to the English as "Brits" if you aren't going to refer to the Scots as "Brits" as well.

I'd get the independence thing if Scotland went totally independent and developed self-sufficiency. Otherwise, they'll just end up with a worse boss.

I'm no fan of left wing Scottish nationalism, but "Britishness" has destroyed English national identity. Everyone else is Scottish, Northern Irish, or Welsh . . . the English are just "British."
We speak English, not "British." There is no "British language." There should be an independent, sovereign England.

Which is why all of Britain is not voting. Not because of the fear that Scottish Independence would pass in Scotland and fail in England, but exactly the opposite.
English resentment is borne because of the West Lothian question, where England has no devolution of home rule and is still governed centrally, including by Scottish MPs. Resolve this issue, and we will all be a much happier family.
