Dumping urine, feces and spit on someone is a threat to a person's health, and in many cities/states it is considered assault. If the law exists there, then they should be charged.
I’m glad to hear that the police now know who did it..I was concerned that the public was being taken for another faux rage ride. Sick and evil is what they are.
