What, they didn’t have grits, collard greens, cornbread and catfish on other days?
When I was at Troy I ate at the training table. They regularly had turnips and cornbread. We also had steak twice a week.
I normally am not crazy about turnips but theirs were really good. Always cooked with a lot of pork.
