(CNN) -- Two men, shocked at what they saw, describe an unarmed teenager with his hands up in the air as he's gunned down by a police officer.
They were contractors doing construction work in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day Michael Brown was shot dead.
And the men, who asked not to be identified, told CNN they were about 50 feet away from Officer Darren Wilson when he opened fire.
An exclusive cell phone video captures their reactions during the final moments of the shooting.
"He had his f**n hands up," one of the men says in the video.

Why don’t they release Brown’s Juvie record, he has no rights after death to them being sealed.
I want to know if he was involved in 2nd degree murder, and all the other Gentle Giant crimes.
He was 50 feet away and he heard only 2 shots? There were supposedly between 6 and 13 from everything else I've read.
Zero? I thought there were 10 or so witnesses that backed up officer Wilson’s story. Is that bad info on my part?
Actually the police did say they had interviewed over a dozen that backed up Wilson’s story.
Me too.
If this sounds too good to be true, pay attention for the next thirty seconds folks.

In the clip from the article, he was talking on his cellphone. Huh?

If you have a weapon and are being engaged, why would be you backing up. What kind of drug can cause that.
What do you think of the police officer in the background supposedly putting up crime scene tape? Does this add credibility, or could it have been staged at a later date?
And will the angle of the bullets prove this?
the bullet holes seemed to be in the front, not the posterior of the arms which is where they would be if he was surrendering.
Uh, no they didn’t. A reporter tweeted that claim. https://twitter.com/ChristineDByers/statuses/501556693382094848 Police have not named a single witness who supports Officer Wilson. That doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t have any, but you claim can be substantiated ATM.
A reporter tweeted https://twitter.com/ChristineDByers/statuses/501556693382094848 that claim, but police haven’t confirmed it to my knowledge. I said no known witness supported Officer Wilson. If anyone has the name of a witness who does, please post a link.
That’s the new “witness”.
Mr. Mercat and I were heading east on I-70 in eastern Mo yesterday when we counted six highway patrol cars passing us. They stopped the protesters.
Desperate times, desperate measures...
When I was growing up in New York in the 1950s, there were at least a million eyewitnesses to the Bobby Thompson home run.
The actual attendance at the Polo Grounds that day was 34 320.
There will be many, many more "eyewitnesses" before this is over.
