I’m back...hehe...my internet is slow and I didn’t think I’d get it.
Pro, part of me wants to go back to an isolationist country...let the middle east solve their own problems. I don’t understand why the Arab leaders aren’t doing more to stop these radical nutjobs. I mean we are still fighting the war on terror 13 years later. WHY? IMO, enough is enough.
Ok, rant off here too! I’m in a crabby mood anyway.
So, have a terrifically terrific Thursday. ((HUGS))
I rewatched the video that I posted at the top of my tribute table and it is as raw now as it was then.
I’va always appreciated your tribute using Alan Jackson’s song....and knowing that you were right here in Texas when you did it.
((HUGS))
Keep up the good work.
Good morning EG ((HUGS))
Starting to work on some reports.
Howz it out your way?
Good morning dear ((HUGS))
Good morning beach and (((HUGS))).
It’s going OK. Much more comfortable this morning than the last few days. Cold front moved through last night.
Somehow, I still have trouble equating this image with you and your bike...
I ride, but I also carry a military-style high capacity fully automatic assault guitar.
I once had to defend myself against four baseball-carrying youts with only my electric bass.
I won that round.
I was dubbed “El Kabong” by a FReeper who is no longer with us, but has probably been abducted by aliens, if you catch my drift.
Good morning to you,... ((HUGS)) No Maddi until next wekk.

btw - if someone knows how to contact this owner of the tribute/cd, I'd really like to save a copy for my forever keepsake of reminding me of such a horrific event in our lives?
bringing back the tribute brings back that eventful day and Never Forget, just like the audio I have of UA93 - Lets Roll!
It took me a week to get that song just right and I think I cried the whole time I put it together.
IMHO it’s going to have to be up to people like us to keep alive the memory and the factual history about what happened...Lord knows the MSM sure won’t do their job on this.
Howdy former neighbor...hope all is well with you!
On this thirteenth anniversary of that terrible day, please keep us safe and bless all those innocent Americans who lost their lives on that day. Grant that through the passion, death, and resurrection of Your Son that they may share in the joy of Your heavenly kingdom forever.
NEVER FORGET
Click here for the fantastic, moving website memorial created by a survivor of 9/11, Steve Golding of New York City. It is the most viewed of all 9/11 memorials. It is now in the Smithsonian Museum. Music by Enya.
Or Try this one
There are many sites that carry this most famous of the 9/11 memorials, the Steve Golding memorial. After so many years some do not work. If neither site works, look up 'America attacked 9/11." It is well worth your time. It should be required viewing for every American. Be prepared for a good cry.
The second site carries a 'message' and a description of 'that day' in his own words from the creator of the website, Steve Golding, and reference to the Pentagon attack. Be sure to see them. Very powerful.
Steve, may God rest his soul, has since died from respiratory disease sustained on 9/11. God bless you, Steve- and thank you for leaving us this wonderful and moving memorial to the heroes of 9/11. Parents, have your children watch this.
Read Steve's message to Americans and the 9/11 attackers here
And read Steve's account in his own words of 'That Day' here
