And how are they easy to identify. People here are saying there are no moderate Muslims, no moderate Islam. If that is true you have to kill every single one in order to “eradicate” it.
Because the non fundamentalists are not the threat, they can and will walk away from the religion of their own accord.
What folks forget is that fundamentalist Islam was on the ropes in the 50s and early 60s most of the Muslim world where these Fundamentalist reside were modernizing and connecting with the modern world.
However instead of being dealt with, they were appeased, wealthy oil families paid them off, and they used that money to infiltrate and slowly and methodically take over and subjugate the masses.
You won’t have to kill every single person who claims to be Muslim, most will walk away from the religion when they no longer have to worry about being beheaded for it.
IF and when a new little group pops up, you simply deal with it... Had the world dealt with the Wahabbists properly in the 50s Fundamentalist Islam would have been effectively whiped out, sadly instead of dealing with the cancer it was allowed to fester.
Now its to the point where it will take a large, concerted and world wide effort to deal with, it won’t be pretty, but if you want to defeat Fundamentalist Islam you have no choice.
