War is hell and you either win it or you surely will lose it, period. You just don't seem to know we are in a war and have been for a very long time, it is just that the people we are in a war with are now getting enough power together that we have to pay attention.
Ask yourself what would happen if any of the current minor belligerents were to steam a small ship along our coast and launch one of those missiles that we keep claiming are no danger to us, and launched an EMP?
Just do a little research on what experts say would be the result for us. Most will tell you that likely 90% of the US population would be dead within two weeks. You may not be willing to kill millions of people, but our enemy certainly is.
Living like Israel, with enemies lobbing thousands of missiles a year down on them is just Stupid, not something I desire for my family or yours.
A few guys with box cutters brought down buildings and killed thousands.
