Yes, failed vice-presidential candidate.

That's utterly absurd and a lie. Governor Sarah Palin was an enormous success as a VP candidate. The undeniable reality is that the GOP would have swept to power except for McCain's bogging down the ticket and the well-documented voter fraud by hussein's henchman. Proof? The sticker below is typical of what I saw around here in 2008:

Yes, it was Sarah Palin that collected the votes. That's not a "failed vice-presidential candidate" by any means. Everyone I know called it the Palin/mccain campaign.

I think John McCain picked Sarah Palin so he could blame her and conservatives for his defeat...

Of course the jump in poll numbers after her RNC speech kinda derailed that scheme...
